The St. George's VBS is held every year in mid July and is open to any child from the community between the ages of 4 and 16.
Any child form 12 and up can also apply to be a junior leader, being a junior leader would consist of teaming up with another junior leader to assist in taking care of a small group of children making sure they stay in their groups and get to each activity area safely and on time. You will also be responsible to participate in the various activities. High school students who volunteer to become junior leaders can also claim high school credits for this volunteer work. The VBS program offers a wide variety of games, Bible stories, activities, crafts and snacks all based on a particular bible theme. This is a great program to promote team building and social skills while learning about Christianity and the Bible.
